The Back View A Series of Clay Torsos by Dianna Davidson Opening Reception

About this event

We spend our lives facing forward.

These pieces look the other way.

The back is where we hold everything — strength and story, tension and tenderness. It’s the part that never gets to be in the photo, but does all the work.

Built by hand in clay — which, like a back, remembers every touch — each torso is a small homecoming. A little serious, a little playful. Just like us when we think no one is looking.

Come experience Dianna Davidson’s quietly powerful clay torsos at Starry Night Gallery.

Every piece carries “back” in its name… and so much more.
