About this event
Train like a fighter! This is an interval based class focused on teaching boxing combinations, as well as with upper body exercises to enhance upper and lower body conditioning required for a 12 round fight - or 12 rounds of LIFE! This will be 10 rounds, personal gloves are required but there may be a few loaners available. Instructor will include heavy bag work, partner / mitt work, and some cardio kickboxing.
