Yesterday, a boy aged 5 was struck by an e-bike on the beach and Volusia Sheriff Mike Chitwood with the boy's mother Taylor Upchurch appeared on FOX 35 to discuss the accident and plans to change e-bike rules while officers work to identify the two teenage riders.

Today, motorbike enthusiasts are expected to fill Daytona Beach for the 85th annual Bike Week, which runs through March 8 at Daytona International Speedway + city officials provided safety tips at a recent news conference.
