- ➤ Yesterday, a boy aged 5 was struck by an e-bike on the beach and Volusia Sheriff Mike Chitwood with the boy's mother Taylor Upchurch appeared on FOX 35 to discuss the accident and plans to change e-bike rules while officers work to identify the two teenage riders. FOX 35 Orlando

- ➤ Today, motorbike enthusiasts are expected to fill Daytona Beach for the 85th annual Bike Week, which runs through March 8 at Daytona International Speedway + city officials provided safety tips at a recent news conference. WESH
- ➤ A total lunar eclipse will appear on Tuesday, March 3 starting just before 5 a.m. and the moon will turn deep red shortly after 6 a.m. — a natural show visible without special equipment in Daytona Beach. WESH

- ➤ Tommy Bell, a patient transport supervisor at AdventHealth DeLand, experienced three heart attacks in four days after chest pain sent him back to the hospital — he underwent a stent procedure and later returned for emergency treatment when a blood clot formed.
