- ➤ On Saturday after 5:00 p.m., the Volusia Sheriff's Office arrested 25-year-old Winderson Emiliano Baez Vasquez on I-4 in Daytona Beach after he allegedly pointed a gun at another motorist—an undocumented migrant from the Dominican Republic facing charges of aggravated assault, improper display of a weapon, marijuana possession and obstruction of an officer without violence while held without bond.
