Volusia County Women Who Care launched a permanent endowment today at Halifax Repertory Theater to secure lasting support for local nonprofits.

The all-volunteer group will hold quarterly meetings at the Mori Hosseini Center at Daytona State College on May 14, Aug. 13, and Nov. 19 to select nonprofit recipients.
