- ➤ Giovanni Bubenik, a 29-year-old DeLand resident, has been charged with attempted first-degree murder after hitting an adult male multiple times at a transient camp near International Speedway Blvd and Stone Street—he was arrested Friday at a residence on Evergreen Terrace and booked without bond, leaving the victim critically injured with long-term memory loss. - ➤ A Deltona man identified as Myles Webb was charged with aggravated assault and simple battery after he attacked an UberEats driver on March 22 when she said she would return the alcohol after he refused to show his ID—he grabbed her arm and a glass bottle as her boyfriend came to her defense.
