  • Volusia County residents can bring up to 20 old tires (removed from their rims) for free to the Mosquito Control Division's tire disposal event at 801 South St in New Smyrna Beach on Saturday, April 18 from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. to help curb mosquito breeding.  WNDB
