- ➤ A Volusia County woman, Calsie Volkers, is in jail after deputies said she left six dogs, five cats & a turtle in a home full of neglect during Hurricane Milton and she faces 16 charges including illegal confinement, abandonment of animals, and animal cruelty with a court date set for May 15. - ➤ Volusia County deputies have issued an arrest warrant for Andrew Ingram of Busy Bee Roofing in Edgewater after he defrauded a Port Orange customer by accepting a $21,000 deposit in November without getting a permit, delivering materials, or showing up on scheduled start dates + deputies are asking anyone with tips to come forward.
