- ➤ Daytona Beach county officials say red flags signal dangerous rip currents for the busy Memorial Day weekend with sunny skies and a high near 86 predicted from May 23. - ➤ Embry-Riddle student Lucas Cohen was selected as one of 21 nationwide for the RTX Engineering Leadership Development Program following a rigorous application process.
