- ➤ Former Volusia County deputy David Teske, who resigned on Feb 24 after a 13-year career, sent sexually explicit text messages to the victim of a stalking case involving former Orange City policeman Jarmarus Brown (arrested on Feb 4 for stalking and unauthorized computer use), according to an Internal Affairs report.
