- ➤ Daytona Beach Police confirmed that 55-year-old Timmothy Hall was arrested in Jacksonville after he attempted to abduct a child on Friday, July 11th from a business on West International Speedway Blvd—he exposed himself and grabbed the child's arm, prompting bystanders to call for help as he now faces charges of attempted kidnapping and lewd and lascivious exhibition.
