- ➤ Aldi will open a new store in Port Orange at 4025 South Nova Road on Thursday, Dec. 18 in the Riverwood Shopping Center near Dollar Tree - a ribbon-cutting ceremony is set for 8:45 a.m. as the chain also opens another location in Ormond Beach. WNDB
- ➤ JetBlue returned to Daytona Beach International Airport on Dec. 4, offering daily nonstop flights to JFK (New York) and Boston Logan after a seven-year absence. Airport officials credited local tourism support and a modernized terminal for spurring the airline’s comeback and expect the new routes to boost travel. The Daytona Beach News-Journal

- ➤ Embry-Riddle set a record for student research at its Fall 2025 Symposium with 240 posters + 600 presentations on Nov. 19 at the Mori Hosseini Student Union.
